- Can I buy your products if I do not work in the massage therapy, esthetics, cosmetology, medical, or alternative health care professions?
Yes, you can specify that you are buying for your own use during the checkout process by selecting retail registration. This allows us to tailor our products and special offers to your needs. If you are a student in a professional training program for one of the above trades, please select the professional registration. If you wish to purchase our products locally we welcome you to recommend our products to your massage therapist, esthetician, or health care provider. Please have her/him contact us and we will provide them with information about the Pure Pro line. We always appreciate your referrals!
- I already order from you by telephone. Do I need to create an online account?
Yes, we need you create an online account when you place your first order. By doing this, you are letting us know that you wish to shop and place orders on the site. This enables you to view your web order history, maintain an address book, and opt in to mailings and emailings.
- What happens to the personal information I give to you?
Your privacy is important to us and we take it very seriously. We absolutely do not sell, rent, barter, give away or disclose your personal information to other companies or organizations. When your personal information is transmitted over our secure server, it is encrypted so that it is a jumble of information until it is received and decrypted by authorized Pure Pro personnel. - What do I do if I forget my password?
- On the green navigation menu at the top of any page, mouse over "My Account". From the dropdown, select "Log in to Purepro.com".
- On the Sign In page, select Forgot your password? Click here. at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the email address you used the last time you logged in and click "go".
- Go to your email program and open the email that you will receive with further instructions.
- Follow the instructions in the email to click on the link (or copy and paste it into your browser if you can't click on it) to go to the secure password reset page.
- Enter your new password twice and click "submit" to save the new password.
- Now you can sign in with your email address and new password.
- If you have further difficulty, please contact us directly at 800-900-7873 for assistance. Our regular business hours are Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time. You can leave a message on our voice mail after hours. For your security, we do not have access to your password.
- How do I change my email address, mailing or shipping addresses, and other personal information?

- On the Sign In page, log in with your email address and password. If you have a new email address, you need to sign in with your original email address before you can change it.
- Once you are logged in to the site, mouse over "My Account" from the top menu bar, then select "My History".
- Click on the section called "Account Settings." This section allows you to change your email address as well as your billing and shipping addresses, your password, your password prompt question and answer, your desired contact options, and other personal information.
- How can I remove myself from or add myself to your emailing/mailing lists?
