- How do I place an order?
You can browse our site in a number of ways: by using the Product Search feature to search for a particular product by name, browsing through the categories in the menu, or by using our product list. We do require a minimum order of $15 before shipping costs. When you check out you will need to sign in if you have an online account or create an account if you are a new guest. You will have an opportunity to review your order before you finally place it. Once you have submitted your order you will see your online receipt and will also have an e-receipt sent to your email address on file. We will process your order during our regular business hours, Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time.
- How can I place my order quickly?
We have added features to our site to make your shopping experience easier and more efficient. These features include:

- Search box located in the top right corner of every page to make finding products easier and faster.
- Top navigation menu bar that groups products by type/use.

- Where do I enter my promotion code?
If you have a promotion code, you will be able to enter this when you enter your credit card information at checkout.
- How do I pay for my order?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards as well as debit cards with any one of these logos.
- How can I find out more about your products?
On each product page, we have included the sections "Description", "Usage" and "Ingredients" to provide you the basic information you need. - Do you handle international orders?
We process orders to all 50 states in the US and US military addresses. We do not handle orders to non-US countries. We welcome you to place your orders with our International Partners below:
