- How do I place an order?
You can browse our site in a number of ways: by using the Product Search feature to search for a particular product by name, browsing through the categories in the menu, or by using our product list. We do require a minimum order of $15 before shipping costs. When you check out you will need to sign in if you have an online account or create an account if you are a new guest. You will have an opportunity to review your order before you finally place it. Once you have submitted your order you will see your online receipt and will also have an e-receipt sent to your email address on file. We will process your order during our regular business hours, Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time.
- How can I place my order quickly?
We have added features to our site to make your shopping experience easier and more efficient. These features include:
- Product List for speedy shopping.
- Search box located in the top right corner of every page to make finding products easier and faster.
- Top navigation menu bar that groups products by type/use.
- Product pages containing detailed descriptions, full ingredient lists, and usage suggestions to help you make educated purchasing decisions.
- Glide-o-meter (TM) for easy comparison of all oil, lotion, and cream textures using a number scale from 1 (lightest) to 9 (heaviest).
- Related items listed on each product page to help you find complimentary items.
- Site Map for a site overview and easy navigation around the site.
- Where do I enter my promotion code?
If you have a promotion code, you will be able to enter this when you enter your credit card information at checkout.
- How do I pay for my order?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards as well as debit cards with any one of these logos.
- How can I find out more about your products?
On each product page, we have included the sections "Description", "Usage" and "Ingredients" to provide you the basic information you need. For additional information, please call us toll-free at 800-900-7873 or email us at custserv@purepro.com with questions or for assistance with finding the best product(s) to fit your practice.
- Do you handle international orders?
We ship orders to all 50 states in the US, US military addresses, and across Canada. We do not currently handle orders to any other countries. Customers in Ireland, the United Kingdom, Germany and the rest of the European Union can contact our distributor in Ireland for service.

At this time, we are not able to sell or redeem gift certificates on this website. You are welcome to contact us by phone, email or in writing in order to purchase or redeem a gift certificate. We hope to offer you this feature on our web site soon.
