  1. How do you ship my order?
    At this time, we regularly ship to the contiguous 48 states via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground shipping. If your billing address is a Post Office box, please specify a street address for shipping during checkout. Very large orders may ship by freight truck, in which case we will contact you to arrange delivery.
    You will receive an email with your tracking number after your order has shipped from our warehouse. You are also welcome to contact us for assistance with tracking your shipment.
  2. Where does my order ship from and how long will it take for me to receive it?
    Orders ship from our facility in Massachusetts within 1 business day (Monday-Thursday) of receipt.
    • For customers on the East coast, you can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days.
    • For customers in the Central US, you can expect to receive your order within 3-6 business days.
    • For customers on the West coast, you can expect to receive your order within 5-8 business days.

  3. Can I expedite my order?
    We offer a variety of services to meet your needs including 3 day, 2 day, and next day shipping services for an additional fee. If you would like to expedite your order, please contact us by telephone at 800-900-7873 during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time, to discuss your timeline and receive a shipping rate quote.
  4. How do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US military address?
    Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and US military addresses ship by United States Postal Service Priority Mail® or Parcel Post. You can expect to receive your order in the mail within 3-10 days.
  5. Do you ship internationally?
    We ship orders to all 50 states in the US and US military addresses. We do not process or ship orders to non-US countries. Our International Partners below will be happy to serve you:

  6. What should I do if my order is damaged?
    While we take care to securely package your items, damages occasionally do happen. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. To report damages, please contact us within 3 days to arrange for reshipment. Please retain all original product and packaging materials for our damage claim.
  7. What should I do if I didn't receive the correct items on my order?
    To report shortages or incorrect products, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so that we can arrange to send you the correct item and, if necessary, return the incorrect item.
