Our products were developed by a muscular therapist for use by professional massage therapists and body workers, estheticians, dermatologists, physical therapists, chiropractors, medical and alternative health professionals, nail technicians, and spa professionals. We educate retail consumers regarding the benefits and use of our therapeutic products through these professionals and directly through our website and contact with you. We welcome you to request Pure Pro products from your local massage, skin care, or health care provider or have them contact us Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time.

Pure Pro products are sold by spa, medical, and massage supply distributors worldwide. Please call us at 800-900-7873 to find a distributor in your area.

Orders

We require a minimum order of $15 before shipping costs. Orders must be pre-paid by credit card, debit card, check, or money order before shipping. For your convenience we accept credit cards and debit cards with the following logos: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please call us toll-free at 800-900-7873 to place your order. Please do not send cash. See our Shopping section for more details.

Shipping

Orders for in-stock items ship within 2 business days. We ship to the contiguous 48 states via United Parcel Service Ground shipping. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US military addresses ship via United States Postal Service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive. Expedited services such as 3 Day, 2 day, and Next Day shipping are not available via this site, but can be arranged if you call us toll-free at 800-900-7873 to place your order by phone, Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time. Your complete satisfaction is important to us. We work to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision and welcome your questions. We offer samples and small sizes for you to purchase so that you can feel the products and try them in your practice before you invest in discounted bulk sizes. If you are unhappy with a product, we want to know why!

Returns

Our goal is to fit your practice with the best products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know. Call us for a Return Authorization Number before sending your return. We accept returns of unopened merchandise up to 30 days from date of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable and there is a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. Securely re-pack and insure product to assure safe return to Pure Pro. No returns on sale or closeout items. Returns are accepted on the following items ONLY if defective: videos, CDs, books, and hydraulic stools. Any defective item will be exchanged for the same item. Returns will not be accepted without our Return Authorization Number. If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please call us at 800-900-7873 or email us at custserv@purepro.com immediately so we can arrange for replacement. Shelf Life

All of our massage oils, lotions, creams, Arnica products, and essential oils are warranted for 6 months from date of purchase under normal use conditions. We store samples of every batch we make for comparison in the event of a complaint. Pure Pro natural massage oils have a 6 - 12 month shelf life; lotions and creams have a 12 - 18 month shelf life. Store all products tightly capped in a cool, dark place away from sunlight. If storing for more than 6 months, we recommend refrigeration.

Warning

Proper storage and laundering of oily linens is very important. All vegetable oils are potentially combustible if overheated in a dryer. Refer to the Pure Pro Orange Linen Degreaser page under the Usage section for PURE PRO LAUNDRY TIPS.
