Recommended ratio is 1 to 2 drops of essential oil per one ounce of carrier oil, lotion or cream. Do not take internally. Essential oils can be poisonous! Keep out of reach of children. Contraindicated for use in pregnancy.

Use conservatively: This product contains Birch, which is naturally comprised of methyl salicylates (the same ingredient found in aspirin). Also take care when using with heat therapy since heat will amplify sensation.
