CLEAR MIND TECHNIQUE: QUICK, POWERFUL HEADACHE RELIEF
• Take a 1 ounce bottle of unscented carrier oil such as Pure Pro Ultra, Pure Pro Apricot Kernel, Pure Pro Light Blend, or Pure Pro Grapeseed Massage Oil. Or if you prefer you can use our Pro Touch Massage Lotion or Pro Touch Massage Cream. Add the essential oil drops per specific protocols below.
• How to make your blend? Simply drop the essential oils into the 1 ounce bottle of carrier oil, cap tightly, shake well and you have just created a powerful Nervous System Calming Oil! (If you're using cream - it is best to place it into a small jar and mix it vigorously with a spoon to get the essential oils to blend in completely.)

Protocol 1: SUPER STRESS & HIGH ANXIETY RELIEF
Add 4 drops of Headache Relief Synergy into 1 ounce of carrier oil, lotion or cream, then really work into neck (scalenes) in addition to applying to the head and chest.

Protocol 2: CLASSIC TENSION HEADACHE
Add 3 drops Headache Relief Synergy into 1 ounce of carrier oil, lotion or cream, and begin the treatment by working it deeply into the soles of the feet. Work the feet completely before proceeding to the chest, neck, and head.

Protocol 3: MIGRAINE HEADACHE
IMPORTANT - check if client is sensitive to smells or nauseous before applying any aromatherapy! If they are not, add 5 drops Headache Relief Synergy into 1 ounce of carrier oil, lotion or cream. Remember, with headaches (or really with any client "stuck in their head") it is imperative to balance out that energy by bringing them back into their body in a gentle, centered way. I never start working on the head and neck with such a client but instead, begin with a long, focused foot massage. I like to take some of the Headache Relief Synergy (diluted in carrier), and apply it to the soles of the feet, really pushing those nervine oils in so they can get to work. Then I take a small daub of Peppermint Pedango and work the peppermint and Arnica in this cream into every single molecule of each foot 3-dimensionally squeezing out tension from every toe and tender point. After a full 20 minutes (10 per foot), I then head up to the chest, neck, face, and scalp to continue the treatment using the diluted Headache Synergy and just the tiniest touch of Peppermint Pedango on their temples if their head is still painful.
